Our relationships with those who clean our homes are truly unique. At Neat as a Pin®, we strive to make a strong match between our cleaning team and the clients, creating a foundation for a long-term relationship.
When you inquire about cleaning services, we schedule a time for you to meet with Stephanie, our Quality Contro Specialist, for a walk-through. This time together is helpful for us to learn about your home and identify what is most important to you. After the meeting, we will email an estimate for your review and acceptance. Once accepted, we will fit your home into our schedule. We schedule cleanings weekly, bi-weekly or monthly (four weeks), or as-needed rotations.
We make the process as easy as possible; we send reminders by text message, supply all the necessary cleaning supplies, and invoice by email accepting payments. Our job is to make your life easier.
We are happy to perform project cleans, although we do not clean outside spaces.

What does a clean include?
Neat as a Pin® Organizing and Cleaning provides all of the cleaning supplies.
We use supplies you recognize, and if you prefer all-natural supplies or something specific that we do not use, we ask that you provide those.
All our cleaning team members have a vacuum, mop, broom, and dustpan to use as needed. We ask clients using the Bona® Floor Care System to provide the mop and solution.
